SINGAPORE – Residents in Serangoon Gardens are concerned about the Zika cluster the authorities confirmed last Friday (Sept 13), but they said they were already taking precautions even before news of the cluster reached them.

Infectious diseases experts said it is not surprising that a Zika cluster has re-emerged but a widespread outbreak here is unlikely.
