Some 60 years after large areas of farmland across the island were cleared to make way for public housing, roads, schools and other developments, farming is making a comeback.

It’s not just spinach and a variety of green vegetables that are being grown and produced locally, but a wide range – from strawberries to sea bass and shrimp.
