Stomper Abraham was travelling from Johor Bahru, Malaysia to Singapore via the Second Link when he saw a ‘flying object’ in the sky on Sunday morning (Oct 6).

He shared with Stomp a video of the blimp.

“It was witnessed by a few passengers in the bus from Johor Bahru Customs to Singapore Customs in Tuas.

“The video ended due to the object being blocked by the Singapore Customs building.”

This is not the first time a mysterious white blimp has been spotted floating over Singapore skies.

Stompers have previously reported sightings in Jurong and Tuas.

The balloon-like object is actually a military blimp.

Also known as an aerostat, it can detect hostile aerial and maritime threats from as far as 200km away.
