SINGAPORE – At Ho Yun (Hong Kong) Tim Sum in Tampines, you can have your fill of handmade dim sum without burning a hole in your pocket.

The coffee shop stall is run by 64-year-old Hong Kong-born dim sum chef Cheng Chi Ho, whose 20-item menu includes his signature Har Gok (fried prawn dumpling) and Wu Gok (taro puff). Both items are priced at 90 cents per piece and $3.50 for four pieces.
